PLANNING APPLICATION – 40 BELVEDERE ROAD
A planning application has been received that is seeking to build two houses behind 40 Belvedere Road,
The residents at the bottom of Belvedere Road and those living in Parade Road will be the most affected but all of us who have to drive along Belvedere Road, know how narrow the road is at this point and could be affected by the erection of two new houses.
